Here at Majestic we use our very own state of the art InBody 570 which calculates the most precise BIA body composition analysis in the world. This is the first step in creating the perfect nutrition program to help you reach your goals.

Our Nutrition coach, Brianne Brown uses this information along with other specific pieces of information and data collected in an initial consult to create a precise Macronutrient Program designed specifically for you.

What are Macronutrients?

Macronutrients or Macros are what supply us with energy to survive, in the forms of Carbohydrates, Fats, and Proteins.

What is macro diet?

We can determine a total caloric intake based on unique data such as age, gender, resting metabolic rate, body fat percentage and lifestyle. We can then create a unique macronutrient ratio based on your specific goals.
You will know exactly how many calories you must consume per day, and of those calories, you will know exactly how many must come from carbohydrate, fat and protein.

What is the benefit of keeping count of my macros and calories?

When trying to achieve a specific body composition or level of performance it is crucial to understand the numbers that bring you closer to this goal and the numbers that push you farther from this goal. It will take a few days to find out how to properly hit all of your numbers but once you do, you will find yourself feeling more energized in the morning and throughout the day. You will quickly notice an improvement in performance, both cardiovascular and strength. You will notice within the first couple of weeks a noticeable change in your body composition.

You will have the option of either a 4 week or 8 week Macro Plan in which your coach, Brianne will be available to you 24/7 via phone, text or email to help keep you motivated and on track or to answer any food/drink questions you might have along the way. At the end of your 4 week or 8 week program you will find the proof you were looking for when you meet Brianne for your follow up to retest your body composition. In this final meeting we may or may not make slight changes to your overall caloric intake or your macronutrient ratios based on where we are at in relation to your original goals or if you have any new goals.

One thing to keep in mind throughout this process is that muscle is more dense then fat, and therefor weighs more. For this reason we recommend not stepping on the scale during your 4 or 8 week program. Focus on how you feel, how you look and how you perform. These will be more important factors in determining the efficacy of the program.

You will receive a short questionnaire to fill out going over your goals and lifestyle as well as a 1 week food log to be filled out prior to your visit. This will help in creating a more realistic plan for you based on your current diet and lifestyle.
